Feeling stuck?? We offer hourly consultation sessions to address event planning concerns. Perfect for getting expert guidance on a specific need like venue, florals, DIY bar needs, etc. This can be added on to any service above to tailor a package just for you.

Need additional “Day Of” coordination hours? Add coordination hours if your event needs a little more than you package includes.

Are you a wedding professional looking to grow or enhance your business?? We also offer guidance for business owners on an hourly basis or as a coaching package.

 
Event Day Assistants, Wait Staff, or Parking & Security
$50.00

Professional, trained event assistants, wait staff, and/or Parking or Security professionals are here to give you and your guests peace of mind and enhance your time together. We fulfill your event day logistical needs by having a team of specialized hospitality staff who focus on decor set up / take down, serving, bussing, clean up needs, or security monitoring.

$50/hour. 2 hour minimum.

Local, Trusted, Licensed and Insured Bartenders
$60.00

Experienced and certified bartenders for hire to serve your guests and allow you to enjoy your event safely and maintain cleanliness.

Bartenders are paid hourly for the duration of the event including set up and break down.

Beverage or Shopping List Consultation is available for our hourly consultation rates.

 
 
Local Concierge
$75.00

Hire a local professional who is deeply knowledgable on everything Tahoe from the best dining spots, bars, and hikes to the most efficient travel routes, parking spots, and weather know-hows to maximize your get away and not miss out!

Get your own dedicated on-call guide for you or your group either by phone or in person. Your concierge will not only answer your questions but also address your emergency needs such as shovel out the VRBO pathway or bring over extra bubbly.

Social Media Assistant

A social media assistant takes your social media photos and videos throughout your event and (with your permission) can also post to your account(s) on your behalf in real time.

This gives you the ability to stay unplugged all day and be present without missing any fun details. Capture the behind-the-scenes of your Big Day that even your photographer might miss.
