    • (4) Consultation Sessions starting 8 weeks before your wedding day. We use these sessions to listen, understand, document, and advise on your preparations, timelines, and logistics.

    • Vendor Confirmations: we check in with all of your vendors to confirm timelines, logistics, and expectations for the Wedding Day responsibilities. We serve as the primary point of contact so you stay present on your family and friends.

    • 1 hour Rehearsal: we lead your wedding day processional and final walk through details the day before your wedding.

    • (10) hours of Wedding Day coordination and execution by a lead wedding planner of all the wedding day details.
