  • Up to (4) consultation sessions to plan your Big Day including Reception or Dinner Venue Guidance

*Location permits or venue fees vary. These fees are additional and range in price. We review location options and pricing with you and once a location or venue is selected, we book that for you and add the price to your invoice.

  • Up to (3) hours of Coordination:

    • 1.5 hours of set up, greeting guests and processional cueing for ceremony,

    • 1 hour onsite time for mingling, and

    • 30 minutes of clean up.

  • Licensed Officiant - wedding license guidance, tailored ceremony script, and submission of marriage license

  • (2) hours of Professional Photography (ceremony & wedding portraits)

We price based on headcount because venue location, permits, pricing, and logistical needs change according to headcount.
