Day Of Coordination Service Expectations

For our clients who want to plan the wedding themselves but need assistance so they can enjoy their Wedding Day!

The below information serves as an expectations guide; however, because each wedding is unique, we tailor our approach for each client.

I. Pre-Consultation Sessions:

6 - 8 weeks out from your wedding day you will receive an invite to join your cloud based Aisle Planner Project folder. Within this folder we have tabs that allow us to collaborate efficiently. While you receive access to the full portal, our Day Of package focuses on three primary areas neccessary to execute on your wedding vision:

VENDORS

TIMELINE

PERSONAL DECOR & LAYOUT

We ask that you email us the names of the local, professional wedding vendors you booked for your wedding day along with your signed contract so we can upload these to your “Contact” tab in your project folder.

For non local and/or non professional vendors you booked or made arrangements with, we ask that you “Add'“ these names, contact information, and contracts to your “Contacts” tab in your project folder for our review.

We require the names, contact information, and service level expectations of every responsible party in order to effectively coordinate your wedding day.

We will send you a draft of a suggested timeline inclusive of advise and preference selections for critical milestones throughout your day. We ask that you review and fill in to the best of your ability areas you have already finalized in your planning process. Filling in your ‘known’ finalizations allows us to focus on sessions on the ‘unknowns’.

Your timeline will server as our playbook for your Big Day!

We also invite you to look over your ceremony timeline - a separate timeline that provides us the processional order. We utilize our templated guides to review and document your ceremony preferences so that we can guide you effectively as well as lead your wedding rehearsal.

The details within the timeline ensure smooth transitions and accountability for each responsible party.

By previewing, commenting, and curating within the “Design Studios” which showcases our past work and future inspirations.

We discuss your likes and/or dislikes within your “Design Studio” as well as the best path forward to achieve your desired ‘look’.

We encourage personalized touches that make your wedding meaningful to you and share your unique love story. Curation of decor typically takes place in the form of acquisition or rentals.

We work to add all of your critical details to a layout that we can operate from.

II. Confirmations (~30 days out)

We confirm your timeline, logistics, and wedding day expectations with up to 11 vendors.

We document vendor interactions and service level expectations in your planning portal for full transparency.

Your final session is about one week out from your Big Day and serves as a catch all to discuss the many moving parts of your wedding day experience.

Additional confirmations or consultations can be added on for our additional hourly rate.

III. Rehearsal & YOUR BIG DAY!!

With so much planning and review your big day is sure to be a great success. We are there with you for your rehearsal as well as 10 hours on your Big Day.
